Harmony Tower offers a panoramic view of Baishi Lake, and the Baishi Pavilion within the tower narrates the deep connection between Qi Baishi and Qinzhou. As the main structure of Baishi Lake Park, the tower adopts a Song Dynasty style with one underground floor and twelve above-ground floors (including the top floor).

At the center of the first floor of Harmony Tower stands a statue of Qi Baishi and his verse ‘May the wind blow me to Qinzhou’. The first and second floors of the tower display some of Qi Baishi’s calligraphy and painting works, while two statues on the second floor, depicting Qi Baishi painting lychees for Qinzhou, fully showcase his indissoluble bond with the city. ‘Willing to endure the toil for a taste, may the wind blow me to Qinzhou,’ is the exclamation Qi Baishi uttered after savoring the lychees of Qinzhou.

On the tenth floor of Harmony Tower, the plans and achievements of the new urban development of Qinzhou City are exhibited. The opening hours and specific business status are subject to the day’s opening conditions.
