Helü City Ruins Museum is located in the core exhibition area of the Wu Culture Expo Park – Helü Capital City, and is a symbolic building of the birthplace of Wu culture in China. The architectural design is smooth and round, resembling a phoenix emerging from its shell, symbolizing the ‘phoenix nirvana’ and signifying the rebirth of Helü Ancient City after 2500 years, regaining its former glory.
The exhibition area is composed of five parts: Exploring the Wu Land, Passing on the Torch, Rites and Music of Spring and Autumn, Helü’s Heroic Spirit, and Ancient Charm of Wu. Through historical displays, cultural relics, 3D films, and multimedia interactive experiences, the exhibition showcases the historical evolution of the ancient Wu State and the archaeological process and current protection status of Helü City Ruins, focusing on presenting the spirit of King Helü of Wu, who strived for governance, strengthened the nation, cared for the people, and appointed capable officials, recreating the splendid chapters of the Wu State during the Spring and Autumn period.

Opening hours: January 1st to December 31st, closed on Mondays; January 1st to December 31st, open from 09:00 to 17:00 on Tuesdays to Sundays; New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, open from 09:00 to 17:00.
