The reconstructed Hemudu Ancient Village, located in Hemudu Village, is approximately 25 kilometers away from Yuyao. It showcases the unique charm of modern expression methods harmoniously combined with the primitive and simple style; vividly recreating the living and production conditions of ancient Hemudu people, the natural ecological environment, and the partial style of the original tribes; directly creating an atmosphere of ancient agricultural civilization; and vividly reflecting the development of productivity 7,000 years ago and the rich cultural connotations of the ancestors’ conquest of nature and the continuation of life. Inside the ancient village, the dilapidated thatched houses covered with coarse grass, the rough lines of primitive arrangements, the charming ancient music, and the mysterious atmosphere, all make one feel invigorated and as if they have become one of the ancient and simple Hemudu people from 7,000 years ago: vigorous and full of vitality.
