Heshan Park is located at the foot of Heshan, two kilometers west of Hanshan Temple outside Gusu City, covering an area of 296,000 square meters. It is adjacent to 150 acres of water area and has an elevation of 63.8 meters. The park is one kilometer away from Lion Hill and Suzhou Amusement Park. Although the park is not large in size, it is rich in natural resources, with greenery area accounting for more than 90% of the entire park.
In addition to protecting the original natural ecological environment, the park invests funds annually for new development and transformation. Currently, it has formed certain-scale green areas such as osmanthus forest, camphor garden, chestnut slope, bayberry forest, plum blossom bay, and Jiangnan bamboo forest.
