The Huai’an District Cultural Center boasts a building area of approximately 3,500 square meters. Under the director’s office, it encompasses departments such as the Office, Literature and Art, Photography and Visual Arts, Service, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center. The center features an exhibition hall of 300 square meters and a rehearsal hall of about 550 square meters. It regularly conducts mass cultural activities and offers art guidance in music, dance, calligraphy, and fine arts.
