The Huaihai Campaign General Front Committee Group Sculpture is complemented by a tripod-style flower bed in front, accentuated by a zigzag-shaped memorial wall at the back, and flanked by stone houses and columns on both sides. The sculpture stands approximately 7 meters high and 9.5 meters wide, crafted from 70 pieces of granite.
