The Huaihai Campaign Stele Forest is located on the north side of the main axis of the garden and at the foot of the memorial tower, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. In 1998, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the victory of the Huaihai Campaign, the builders of the new generation of Huaihai Campaign Memorial Tower took stele culture as the carrier and combined politics, ideology and artistry to build this stele forest that integrates solemnity and grandeur.
