Huanghai Forest Park is a large artificial ecological forest park in East China. It is located in Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province, a top 100 county in China. It was built in the 1960s. With a total area of 3000 hectares and a forested area of 2500 hectares. It is adjacent to National Highway 228 in the east, and Shenhai Expressway and Xinchang Railway in the west. The terrain inside the park is flat, with four distinct seasons.
The forest coverage rate is over 80%. It is an ecological pure land, a tourist and leisure resort, and a ‘green oxygen bar’ where people and nature merge. The scale of the forest park is rare in Jiangsu and has a certain landscape system. The forest resources in the forest farm and surrounding areas are rich, and the forest appearance is magnificent.
