The Huanghuatang New Fourth Army Military Headquarters Memorial Hall is located in Huanghuatang Village, Huanghuatang Town, Xuyi County, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, covering an area of 6,000 square meters. The main memorial hall among them is 1,000 square meters.
