The Huangxian Forest Park in Ningbo is located in Huangxian Village, northwest of Qiucun Town, Fenghua City. The scenic area is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces the sea on one side. The forest coverage rate is more than 90%. It is a provincial forest park integrating beautiful mountains and rivers, coastal customs and cultural relics. Lin Bu, a poet of the Northern Song Dynasty known as ‘plum wife and crane son’, was born here and left many popular stories. The park is mainly composed of 28 scenic spots such as Hongyan Waterfall, Miaoshan Pavilion, Qinghe Gate, Panlong Temple, Dongci Temple, Zhang Tie’ao farmhouse, Huangxian Lake, Huang’s tomb, Xiangyang Coast, Huanggong Square, Dongci Temple, Dongyuan Tower, and Qinghe Gate. It is a good place for holiday leisure and enjoying the beautiful scenery of nature. The most spectacular landscape in Huangxian Forest Park is the Great Wall on the sea. The Great Wall is several kilometers long, facing the sea against the mountains and winding in nine curves. Looking into the distance from a high place, the islands are dotted and the fishing sails are dotted. The vast sea area is all in sight. Walking on the Great Wall, listening to the sound of the waves and blowing the sea breeze is very comfortable.
