Operating hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 17:00; Saturday-Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00; and during the Mid-Autumn Festival from 08:30 to 18:00.Preferential policies include: Children under 90cm in height enter for free, with one free child per paying adult; children between 90cm and 150cm in height receive a half-price discount. Elderly people aged 70 and above enter for free by presenting a valid ID at the ticket office; those aged 60 to 69 receive a half-price discount and must show a valid ID upon entry. Military personnel with valid military IDs (including active-duty, retired, and disabled) can enter for free by exchanging their documents at the ticket office.
Disabled individuals with valid disability certificates, and severely disabled individuals with a companion, can enter for free with valid documents. Medical staff in Nanjing city can enter for free by presenting a valid medical staff certificate issued by a Nanjing health institution. Firefighters, including active-duty, retired, and disabled, as well as fire academy students and government-employed firefighters, enter for free. Individuals recognized for acts of bravery in Jiangsu or Nanjing can enter for free with a valid certificate.
