The Lost Pharaoh Exhibition is a 45-minute immersive exploration experience that takes visitors on a tour of the world’s first wonder, the Great Pyramid of Giza. In addition to walking through a 1:1 replica of the ‘Great Pyramid’ to understand the internal structure and historical context up close, visitors can also explore areas never before open to the public, and even travel back 4500 years to unveil the mysteries of ancient Egyptian civilization. During the tour, visitors can feel the thrill of overlooking the Giza Plateau from the top of the Great Pyramid, and return to the Fourth Dynasty to sail on the Nile in a solar boat, enjoying the boundless beauty. Immersive exploration is a unique virtual reality experience mode. In the 45-minute experience, visitors can walk freely in space and tour the world’s famous sites in the same way as in real life. Immersive exploration also supports group tours, allowing people to advance in the scene together and share the exploration experience. Members can talk and interact with each other. ‘The Lost Pharaoh’ is academically guided by the Harvard University Giza Archaeological Project team, ensuring that all details and descriptions in the project are in line with the research certification of archaeologists. The exhibition data is based on on-site holographic scans of the interior and surrounding environment of the pyramid, and is reconstructed with 1:1 high precision in a virtual engine. Open all year round from 10:00 to 22:00.
