The Ink Pastoral Hot Spring Area is located in a hilly area with a natural landscape belt. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and waters, the scenery is pleasant. The entire hot spring area is embedded in the natural environment of mountains, waters, green forests and pastoral fields with well-proportioned heights. When you are in it, you will immediately be integrated into the original charm of landscape aura, pastoral scenery and farming atmosphere. The natural landscapes of ‘water among the misty forests, forests by the fields, and fields in the countryside’ everywhere form an amiable atmosphere of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, endowing it with the humanistic charm of returning to nature, nourishing the body and mind, and being leisure and comfortable. It is a paradise of blissful tranquility where people are in harmony with heaven and earth and return to nature. Master Hsing Yun, president of the Fo Guang Shan International Association, happily inscribed the name ‘Living Spring’ for the Ink Pastoral Hot Spring. The two vigorous and powerful characters are stacked on a huge rock on the west side of the hot spring swimming pool, shining vividly. ‘Living Spring’ implies inexhaustible and continuously flowing fresh water. It is the water of financial resources and the water of blessings. The Ink Pastoral Hot Spring Area has 46 hot spring pools of various sizes, including 1 indoor swimming pool (25m * 12.5m, 1.6m deep in the deep water area and 1.2m in the shallow water area) and 2 outdoor swimming pools. In our open-air area, there are also 6 rooms with various functions, namely 1 Longyao sweat steaming room with unique Yixing characteristics, 1 marble slab bath, 1 Chinese medicine fumigation room, 1 essential oil room, 1 light wave bath, and 1 sand bath. In the central position of the open-air area, there are 2 tea rooms, allowing guests to enjoy unique tea, beverages and snacks while experiencing the hot spring. The hot spring area is equipped with 1280 lockers for male and female guests, including 632 for male guests and 648 for female guests. The first-floor rest hall can accommodate 120 people to rest at the same time. There are also 10 beautifully decorated SPA massage rooms, 5 luxuriously decorated rest rooms and 1 gym. There is a cafeteria on the side of the rest hall, allowing everyone to taste the unique cuisine of Ink Pastoral while soaking in the hot spring. The perfect combination of Ink Pastoral Hot Spring with the surrounding natural elements such as’mountains, waters, forests, stones and pastoral fields’ coincides ingeniously with the yin-yang balance of ‘gold, wood, water, fire and earth’, forming a unique style of seclusion and Zen, and is a source for nourishing the body, mind and emotions.
