Please note:
The holder of the certificate must apply for a residence permit within 30 days after entering China from the exit and entry administration agency of the public security organ of the local people’s government at or above the county level in the place of intended residence.
X2 visa
The original and copy of the admission notice issued by the recruiting unit in China.
Z visa
One of the following supporting materials must be provided:
(1) If the “Foreigner Employment Permit” issued by the human resources and social security department has a working period of no more than 90 days, a “Foreigner’s Short-term Work in China Certificate” must also be provided, and the applicant must submit the “Foreigner’s Short-term Work in China” Apply for a visa before the start date stated on the “Work Certificate”, and the working time cannot exceed the period stated on the “Foreigner’s Short-term Work Certificate in China”;
(2) “Foreign Experts Work Permit in China” or “Foreigner Work Permit Notice” issued by the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs;
(3) “Registration Certificate for Permanent Representative Offices of Foreign (Regional) Enterprises” issued by the industrial and commercial administration department;
4) Approval for commercial theatrical and artistic performances issued by the cultural administrative department (only applicable to applicants who come to China to perform commercial performances) and the “Certificate of Short-term Work for Foreigners in China”, and the applicant must be in the “Certificate of Short-term Work for Foreigners in China” Apply for a visa before the start date stated on the “Certificate of Short-term Work for Foreigners in China”, and the performance period cannot exceed the period stated on the “Certificate of Short-term Work for Foreigners in China”;
(5) “Invitation Letter for Foreigners to Engage in Offshore Petroleum Operations in the People’s Republic of China” issued by China National Offshore Oil Corporation;
