Jiahe Guanshanhai Golf Club boasts an international standard 18-hole golf course in the Beibu Gulf area. The course is located adjacent to Beihai city, on the west side of the city, by the coast of Dadun Sea at the foot of Guanhead Ridge National Forest Park. It enjoys the verdant mist and clouds of Guanling Ridge to the north, and the unparalleled sea view of the Beibu Gulf to the south. The scenery is beautiful, and the environment is pleasant, fully displaying the grandeur of golfing amidst the green hills and clear waters. The club occupies 1,500 acres, including 260 acres of lake surface. During the planning, design, and construction of the course, the designer fully considered the original terrain and landforms, as well as the resource characteristics of Beihai, to create bold ideas and meticulous concepts, uniquely crafting the distinct landscapes of the front and back nine holes. The front nine holes largely preserve the original high-quality ecological environment and landforms, utilizing the highlands of Guanhead Ridge to create a hilly course style, skillfully creating the rare undulating momentum of a coastal course, like a lush forest park, showcasing the vibrant subtropical charm. The back nine holes contrast sharply with the front nine, with less dense vegetation, replaced by large areas of lakes and sand beaches. The designer innovatively designed the back nine as a unique coastal desert golf course style in China, comparable to the courses in Las Vegas. Apart from the fairways, the rough and hazard areas are covered with the famous silver sand from Beihai Silver Beach, both domestically and internationally. Low tropical plants are sparsely dotted, subtly revealing green intentions. The locally sourced clean silver sand slightly shimmers in the sunlight, and the lake water flows like an emerald green ribbon. The extreme contrast of blue sky, clear water, green grass, and silver sand is captivating. Walking on the course, one can feel the modern atmosphere of urbanization and also explore the historical vicissitudes of the ancient Maritime Silk Road. The opening time for the first group to start playing in the morning is 7:00, and the practice range opens at 8:00.
