Jiangbei Water Town Folk Culture Town is divided into indoor and outdoor sections, drawing on the historical context and canal culture elements of Southern Shandong to showcase the historical features and humanistic feelings of the region, recreating the historical charm of Southern Shandong in an innovative form.
The indoor area of Jiangbei Water Town Folk Culture Town covers 4000 square meters and includes twelve main halls: Marriage Customs Hall, Belief Customs Hall, Taboo Customs Hall, Witchcraft Customs Hall, Funeral Customs Hall, Clothing Customs Hall, Architecture and Residential Customs Hall, Business Customs Hall, 24 Solar Terms Customs Hall, Production and Living Customs Hall, Entertainment Customs Hall, and Seasonal Customs Hall. Each hall presents a vivid and lively folk customs scene. The scenes are crafted using clay, dough, and color sculpture, including more than 180 scenes with over 3000 characters, showcasing a grand picture of folk culture and art.

The outdoor area spans 2400 square meters, divided into entrance guidance and folk square sections. The entrance guidance section features a 15-meter-tall folk signboard, composed of large-scale landscape folk sculptures such as the Ice and Snow Gate, Wedding Procession, Twelve Zodiac Animals, and Welcoming Happiness Dolls. The folk square section includes the folk wall, dragon and lion dance teams, ghost pushing the mill, leisure grass pavilions, and haystacks. The atmosphere of folk customs and local traditions envelops visitors.
