The primary function of Jingzhong Tower is for urban fire alarms and firefighting. The first floor houses firefighting equipment, the second floor serves as an office and dressing room for firefighters, and the third and fourth floors have windows on all sides for observation purposes. The top floor hangs a warning bell used for alarms.
