The Jingzhuba rock coffin group is located in Jingzhuba Gorge in the upper reaches of Daning River, about 30 kilometers from the old county seat of Wuxi. The scenery on both sides of the Yangtze Gorges is beautiful. Here is a relatively concentrated and well-preserved rock coffin group in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, burying the predecessors of the Pu ethnic group more than 2000 years ago. The Jingzhuba rock coffin group faces Dongxi River, a tributary of Daning River, and is located on a high and sheer cliff at the intersection of Daning River and Dongxi River. The cliff is 200-300 meters high, facing south and running from east to west. The hanging coffins are distributed in the natural rock bedding gaps parallel to the mountain cliff and the river channel.
