The Jinshan Lake scenic area is adjacent to Jinshan Temple. It is a highlight project of Zhenjiang city’s’south-to-north water diversion’ strategy and the construction of the northern waterfront area. Looking west from the extension section of Zhongshan North Road in Zhenjiang, the majestic Cishou Pagoda points to the blue sky. In front of the pagoda is a sparkling Jinshan Lake. The pagoda is reflected on the mirror-like flat lake surface.

After intense construction, the core scenic area of Jinshan Lake recently lifted its charming’veil’ and is becoming more beautiful and charming day by day, constantly bringing surprises to tourists inside and outside the city. The Jinshan Lake scenic area is located at the northern foot of Jinshan Mountain. It is a supporting project of the national 863 special water environment project. The implementation area of the project is 1,620 mu, of which the water surface area is 950 mu. This project is a systematic project integrating flood control, leisure, tourism and improvement of water environment.
