The Jintang Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower is situated within the Jintang Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery. It occupies a base area of approximately 26.5 square meters and stands at a height of about 12 meters. The tower is topped with a pentagonal star-shaped finial, and on the front of the tower, the golden characters ‘Revolutionary Martyrs Immortal Forever’ are inscribed. On the back, an inscription records the history of the liberation of Jintang Island.
