On the first floor, besides the reception, there is a tea room on the right where guests can enjoy tea, discuss tea culture, and read a book. It is a delightful experience to sit by the window, read the I Ching, and lose track of time as spring passes by. The teapots displayed on the cabinet can be purchased if you like them. On the second floor, upon exiting the elevator, one can see the Song Dynasty painting ‘A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains’ by Wang Ximeng on the front wall. Two rows of fine wines from around the world are displayed on both sides of the wall. The entire second floor is dedicated to private rooms, with a total of nine spacious and comfortable rooms, each equipped with an independent bathroom. The rooms perfectly combine the ancient Shu civilization with modern restaurant management models. The paintings on the walls, sofas in the rooms, lights in the restaurant, and table settings (flower pots, plates, chopstick rests) are all carefully selected. One room is in Hermes orange, one in classic red, and the remaining seven are in retro blue. Free Wi-Fi is available. Upon entering the restaurant, servers will greet you, introduce the restaurant’s establishment and environment, and lead you to the private room. The entire restaurant service is provided by servers dressed in light blue traditional costumes: they introduce the characteristics of each dish, the origin of the ingredients, and the seasonal ways of eating. They are diligent in serving dishes, pouring tea, and changing bone plates.

[Gourmet] In terms of food, Jiuchutang mainly offers fine Shanghai cuisine, supplemented by Cantonese, Sichuan, and Hunan cuisines. The perfect combination of gourmet food and culture allows you to enjoy the charm of various gourmet foods while also enjoying a colorful cultural feast.

#Pre-meal Fruits# Grapes, kiwifruit, and wax apples are suitable for pre-meal consumption, which is beneficial for the absorption of essential nutrients and appetite opening.

#Pre-meal Yogurt# With a slight milk aroma and not sour.

#Vinaigrette Water Spinach Sprouts# The presentation gives a vibrant feeling. The server evenly drizzles the vinaigrette over the water spinach sprouts, creating a refreshing dish that clears the heat in summer and is good for the skin. The taste is tangy and sweet, especially crisp.

#Jiuchutang Signature Smoked Fish# The fish skin is rich but not greasy, chewy yet crisp. The fish meat is soft, fragrant, and crispy. The sweet and slightly salty taste, along with the enticing freshness, allows you to savor each piece of fish filled with juice, which will leave you praising it.

#Tomato Goose Liver with Pistachio# The sweet and sour taste of the cherry tomato wraps around the tender goose liver, which can satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.**Restaurant Features**
