Jiuli Scenic Area is a historical and cultural site centered around the Ji Temple, which is set against the backdrop of Wu culture. The scenic area boasts numerous ancient buildings and well-preserved historical relics, complemented by the surrounding beautiful natural environment, making it a comprehensive tourist destination that integrates sightseeing, leisure, and the experience of ancient Wu culture.


Within the scenic area, there are several key structures including the main hall, Yin-Yang Hall, Cihang Hall, and the Fairy Corridor, which are part of the Ji Temple. Additionally, there are attractions such as the Ji River Bridge, Guanyin Site, Jiaxian Temple, Character-shaped Stele, Valley Spring Listening, Cross Stele Pavilion, and the Water Absorbing Stone. The area is also known for its unique and famous natural wonder, the Boiling Spring.


Moreover, the scenic area is adorned with numerous stone tablets, adding to its aesthetic value. The boiling wells of Ji Temple are primarily located along the Boiling Well Pond in front of the temple. There are six ancient boiling wells, with the water being three clear and three turbid. From a distance, the well railings appear simple and elegant, with a unique charm; upon closer inspection, the water within the wells is churning and boiling, creating a sound of rolling waves. This peculiar spectacle is a source of wonder for visitors. The scenic area is open year-round from 08:30 to 16:30.
