Introduction: On the top of the former site of the Great Wall beacon tower, a triangular prism boundary monument about 1 meter high stands quietly. The three facades of the monument are engraved with Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei respectively. As the junction of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei provinces and cities, this boundary monument is vividly called “Sanjie Monument” by local residents. On the three sides of the “Sanjie Monument” are Jinhaihu Town, Pinggu District, Beijing, Xiaying Town, Jixian County, Tianjin and Xinglong County, Chengde City, Hebei Province.
