Embarking on our journey in the early morning with the sun shining brightly, our group of excited individuals set off for Le Huo Campsite (Country Park Branch). Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city, the scenery outside the car window gradually transformed into tranquility and beauty. As we stepped into the campsite, I was immediately captivated by the natural environment – lush green trees, birds singing, and fragrant flowers, as if we had entered an idyllic paradise.

Obstacle Relay Race: Challenge and Collaboration. The first team-building activity was the obstacle relay race. Faced with a meticulously designed obstacle course, we quickly formed teams and prepared to meet the challenge. During the race, participants ran, jumped, climbed, and leaped with dedication and focus on their faces. This event was not only a test of physical strength but also a trial of teamwork. Through collective effort, we overcame numerous difficulties, completed the race, and gained a sense of achievement.

Drumming Up Excitement: Rhythm and Chemistry. Following this was the ‘Drumming Up Excitement’ game. This game required team members to hold long ropes and collectively lift a large drum, using their coordination to bounce a volleyball on the drum’s surface. Initially, we were somewhat disorganized, but as time passed, we found our rhythm. Each time the volleyball landed steadily on the drum, we would cheer and celebrate the hard-earned success. This game deeply impressed upon us the importance of teamwork.In the afternoon, we welcomed the ‘Centipede Race’, a joyful and childlike event that transported us back to our carefree childhoods. Riding on the colorful centipede, we ran and laughed joyfully on the grass, our innocent happiness allowing us to forget all our worries. Despite the many humorous moments, the joy and unity we experienced were deeply imprinted in everyone’s heart.

Subsequently, we engaged in a fruit-picking activity, an encounter with nature that brought us the gift of freshness and sweetness. Picking fresh fruits with our own hands and tasting their natural goodness, we felt the joy and satisfaction that comes from labor. During the picking process, we helped and shared with each other, and the warmth from our team made us feel very cozy.

As evening approached, a frisbee game added more fun to our team-building activities. Under the afterglow of the sunset, we sweated together with our team members, enjoying the fun and passion brought by the frisbee. This fashionable sports item is not only a great way to have fun but also an excellent method to enhance our team’s cohesion.

When night fell, the BBQ buffet officially began. Everyone sat around the bonfire, cooking delicious food with their own hands. Barbecues, seafood, vegetables… a variety of delectable dishes were available, satisfying our palates. Amidst the company of fine cuisine and laughter, we spent an unforgettable evening. Faces illuminated by the firelight radiated contentment and happiness, with the warmth and harmony of the moment forever etched in our hearts.Reflecting on the day’s team-building activities, I feel a sense of fulfillment. Lehuo Campsite, located at the Country Park Branch, offered us an exceptional opportunity. It served not only as a venue to connect with nature but also as a space to challenge ourselves and strengthen our team bonds. Amidst our busy work schedules, this retreat provided us with a rare joy and relaxation.

I believe that this team-building experience will become a cherished memory, one that we will all share. It will inspire us to continue moving forward together in our future endeavors.
