The morning sunlight filters through the curtains, gently waking me from my slumber. With a yearning for nature and camaraderie, I set off for the ‘Joyful Outdoor Base Camp.’ My heart brims with curiosity and anticipation for the unknown activities, envisioning the upcoming earth oven cooking, caterpillar team building, and a series of exciting projects.

First Glimpse: Nature and Warm Embrace.
Upon arrival at the base camp, I am captivated by the sight before me. Lush trees and fragrant flowers envelop me as if I’ve entered a secluded sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. The warm reception from the staff instantly makes me feel at home. They provide a detailed introduction to today’s activities, each one tempting and intriguing.

Earth Oven Cooking: A Collision of Taste Buds and Emotion.
After forming groups, we begin our experience with earth oven cooking. Gathered around the rustic earth oven, we personally ignite the firewood, and as the smoke rises, the air is filled with the aroma of our ingredients. Collaborating in our tasks from washing and chopping vegetables to cooking and serving, every step is filled with laughter and joy. When the steaming, fragrant dishes are placed on the table, we savor not only the taste of the food but also the sweet fruit of our teamwork.

Caterpillar Team Building: Interweaving of Tacit Understanding and Laughter.
After the meal, we face the challenge of caterpillar team building.Dressed in specially made caterpillar costumes, we transform into adorable caterpillars. As we race across the grass, we keep falling and getting back up, each attempt bringing us closer in understanding. When our caterpillar team dashes across the finish line at an astonishing speed, the cheers and laughter of that moment become a shared memory.

Frisbee Team Building: Unleashing Energy and Passion. The afternoon sun is just right as we shift to frisbee team building. On the open field, frisbees trace beautiful arcs through the air. We run, jump, throw, and catch with abandon, enjoying the endless fun that frisbee brings. Each precise pass elicits cheers, while occasional mistakes only draw good-natured laughter. Frisbee team building not only exercises our bodies but also deepens our friendships in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Fireside Tea Brewing: A Time of Tranquility and Warmth. As the sun sets, we gather around the fire to start our fireside tea brewing time. Cup after cup of steaming tea dispels the chill of autumn and warms our hearts. We chat about today’s amusing events and insights, sharing our stories and dreams. This moment of tranquility and warmth makes me feel the power and warmth of our team, as if the whole world has become soft and beautiful.

As night fell, we were greeted by two projects: the Desert Gold Rush and the Bean Mosaic Battle. The Desert Gold Rush tested our wisdom and strategic abilities.Farewell: A Journey Filled with Gains

With the conclusion of the activities, I bid farewell to the Lively Outdoor Base Camp with reluctance. This traditional stove team-building event not only allowed me to experience the perfect blend of tradition and modernity but also deeply felt the strength and warmth of the team. I will treasure this wonderful memory in my heart as one of the most valuable assets in my life. In the days to come, I will carry forward with this harvest, shining and growing together in the team.
