Kunshan Urban Ecological Forest Park is located 4 kilometers northwest of the city center, making it one of the largest urban forest parks in the East China region.
The main attractions within the park include: Wetland Aquatic Botanical Garden, Wetland Purification Demonstration Area, Wetland Protection and Restoration Area, Agricultural Culture Museum and Crop Display Area, Herbal Garden, Mei Garden, Bamboo Garden, Peony and Chinese Herb Garden, Bird Island, and more.
The park boasts a variety of 387 plant species, with over 1.2 million individual plants. Through the protection and display of biodiversity within the park, it has become the green lung of Kunshan city. The entire ecological forest park is like a massive natural oxygen bar, providing an endless supply of fresh air to the west of Kunshan. The concentration of air negative ions released has exceeded 2,000 ions per cubic meter.
