This past weekend, on July 20, 2024, I had the pleasure of participating in a unique corporate family day team-building event at the picturesque Lehuo Campground (Fengxian Branch). The venue offered not only a variety of outdoor activities but also a warm family atmosphere and corporate cohesion, making for an unforgettable weekend.

Upon entering the campground, I was drawn in by the verdant surroundings and the sounds of laughter. Sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the winding paths, infusing the area with vitality and energy. Our group first visited the DIY craft area, a veritable ocean of creativity. Both adults and children were engaged, some busily crafting exquisite handiworks, while others were immersed in the world of pottery. I chose to make a ceramic cup, and though the process was somewhat clumsy, I felt a great sense of achievement as the clay in my hands gradually transformed into a work of art. The children were beyond excited, their little hands weaving through the colored clay to create a myriad of vibrant mini-creations.

Next, we ventured to the water-based rafting activity area. After donning life jackets, we boarded our kayaks in groups and embarked on a water exploration journey. The lake shimmered in the sunlight, with a gentle breeze brushing our faces, providing an incredibly pleasant experience. Under the guidance of our instructor, we learned how to maintain balance and steer the kayaks, and even held a small competition.Our laughter echoed across the lake, carrying away all worries with the wind, leaving behind only pure joy and a spirit of teamwork. At lunchtime, we opted for a combination of stove-side tea brewing and a barbecue buffet. Everyone gathered around the stove, savoring the rich tea while chatting, enjoying the rare tranquility and warmth. The barbecue area was bustling, with a wide array of ingredients available for all to cook and showcase their culinary skills. The aroma of grilled meat filled the air, making mouths water. As we ate and chatted, laughter filled the air, as if the entire campground was steeped in joy.

In the afternoon, we proceeded to the orchard for a family fruit-picking activity. The orchard was filled with fruit trees, laden with produce. The children excitedly ran between the trees, selecting their favorite fruits. I picked apples with my daughter, my heart filled with happiness and contentment as I watched her beaming face. The fruits we picked ourselves tasted especially sweet, satisfying not only our taste buds but also providing a profound experience of nature’s beauty.

As the sun set, our journey at Lehuo Campground drew to a close. Looking back on the day, from the creative collisions in DIY crafts to the thrilling challenges of water kayaking; from the warm moments around the stove-side tea to the sweet harvest of the orchard fruit-picking; every moment was filled with laughter and warmth.

This corporate family day team-building event not only allowed us to relax and enhance our mutual understanding and friendship; it also made us feel the warmth of a family and the care of the company.Lehuo Campsite (Fengxian Store) provided us with an unforgettable experience, where we found happiness, growth, and cherished memories.
