Li Bai’s Tomb is located in Dangtu County, Ma’anshan City, Anhui Province, nestled against the lush Qinglin Mountain and facing the ever-flowing Qingshan River. The environment is serene with clear waters, forming a cultural tourism line with Caishi Jetty and Tianmen Mountain. Within the garden, there are memorial archways, the Taibai Stele Forest, the Qingting Pavilion, the Taibai Temple, Li Bai’s Tomb, the Qinglian Academy, the Shiyung Pavilion, and the bonsai garden, among other attractions.

The tomb has preserved the structure of a Tang Dynasty celebrity’s tomb, while the Taibai Temple and the Hall of Offerings showcase the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties’ clan halls. The ‘Song Stele’ provides detailed accounts of Li Bai’s life and poetic achievements, and the ‘Taibai Stele Forest’ features 106 classic poems of Li Bai written by renowned calligraphers.

Visiting the tomb, one can enjoy the azaleas in spring, admire the lotus in summer, smell the osmanthus in autumn, and appreciate the wintersweet in winter. The pavilions, towers, bamboo forests, and flowing waters complement and enhance each other. The Qinglin Mountain, where the poet’s spirit rests, is beautiful with winding paths and singing birds. Looking from the south, it resembles a blooming lotus, while from the north, it looks like a pair of heavenly towers reaching into the sky.

The towering Daqing Mountain, also known as Lijia Mountain because Li Bai frequently visited and toured the area, has a strategic geographical location with a rich history of being a battleground. It is rich in cultural relics, including the famous Jin Dynasty tomb complex and the Ming Dynasty glazed tile kiln site on its northern slope.
