This historical building was originally constructed in July 1934. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, it was successively rented to the Czech Embassy and the Self-Motivation Society. The architecture faces north to south, with a courtyard in front. The main building is a three-story western-style building with an attic and basement. The north side is connected to two bungalows by a corridor, and there is also a gatehouse, totaling 22 rooms. The main building is made of brick-concrete structure. The southern entrance has a short external corridor that is used to extend the second-floor balcony. It is open to visitors from January 1st to December 31st, accessible all day long.
