The Linyi Tower, a member of the High Tower Association, was constructed in January 2007 and designed by Tongji University’s Architectural Design Institute. The tower is entirely made of steel and stands at a height of 326 meters. With a total construction area of 10,961 square meters and an investment of over 200 million yuan, it can broadcast 36 sets of radio and television programs. Additionally, the tower offers a variety of functions, including sightseeing, entertainment, dining, shopping, and exhibition services. The design of the Linyi Tower not only fully reflects the historical and cultural characteristics of Linyi but also showcases the beauty of modern architectural art.
Located inside the Linyi Radio and Television Tower, the tallest in the province, the Linyi Tower Wax Museum displays 28 lifelike wax figures, including politicians, international celebrities, sports stars, and historical figures from home and abroad. These figures include Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin, Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Ronaldo, Jackie Chan, as well as historical celebrities from Linyi such as Wang Xizhi and Zhuge Liang, and the four ancient beauties.
The opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:00 all year round.
