The Liu Yazi Memorial Hall is a building from the Qing Dynasty, specifically during the reign of Emperor Qianlong, and is also an important historical site from the modern era. Originally, it was the private residence of the Governor of Zhili under the Qing Dynasty, completed before 1780. The residence is named ‘Cifu Hall’, with a depth of 92.9 meters through the back alley, covering an area of 2603 square meters, with a construction area of 2862 square meters, and consisting of 101 individual rooms. The existing three brick-carved gateways are tall, grand, and vividly lifelike, possessing extremely high artistic value.
As a specialized museum, the Liu Yazi Memorial Hall houses a rich collection of artifacts and materials related to Liu Yazi and the Nan Society, making it an important base for the collection, preservation, research, and exhibition of Liu Yazi and Nan Society cultural relics and data. It is open to the public from 8:30 to 16:30 all year round.
