Longtou Zhu is a peninsula formed by the winding extension of DaChu Mountain into the Taihu Lake, resembling a giant dragon lying in the blue waves of Taihu, hence the name Longtou Zhu. Within the resort, the ‘Qi Li Di’ is the best scenic avenue in MaShan to date. The scenic area has three major spots to appreciate Longtou Zhu. The first is the Longmen Viewing Platform at the entrance, the second is the Wanglong Pavilion, and the third is in the lake, which can only be truly appreciated by boat to feel the momentum of the ‘Green Dragon Lying in the Waves’. Wanglong Pavilion is an excellent place to enjoy Longtou Zhu by land, and from a distance, it looks like a green dragon stretching into the heart of Taihu Lake. Opening times are all year round from 08:00 to 16:30.

Retired Personnel: Free for those with a retirement certificate issued by the state. Donors: Free for individuals with provincial awards for unpaid blood donation, unpaid blood stem cell donation, and lifetime honorary awards for unpaid blood donation volunteers (with relevant award certificates). Military: Free for nationwide holders of the ‘People’s Republic of China Veterans’ Preference Certificate’, ‘People’s Republic of China Martyrs, Publicly Sacrificed Military Personnel, and Deceased Military Personnel’s Dependents’ Preference Certificate’ starting from April 10th. Faculty: Discount for teachers with over 30 years of teaching experience in Wuxi City. Students: Discount for full-time undergraduate and below degree students.
