Longwang Mountain Park, originally established in 1997, now features attractions such as the Divine Dragon Cave, Golf Practice Range, Forest Barbecue Area, Youth Physical Training Base, Fujian-Style Guest Home Building, Dragon King Temple, Dragon King Pavilion, Vacation Cabins, and Ancient Cultural Stone Carving Corridor. The park is adorned with 20,000 various flowers and 5,000 square meters of lawn. Nanjing University Students’ Forest is also located here.

There are many ancient legends about Longwang Mountain, such as the Dragon Cave, Dragon Mouth, Dragon Eye, Nine Dragons Concave, Stone Drum Mountain, Yellow Cow Tree, Golden Pavilion, and Thunder-Struck Stone. Regrettably, these legendary spots are now untraceable over time. The main attractions include the Hidden Dragon Cave, Dragon King Temple, Dragon King Pavilion, Chengqi Building, and the Meteorological Observation Station of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology.

The scenic area currently has a blacktop road that winds up the mountain, leading directly to the summit, and then descending from the southwest side. The area is lush with trees, being the only high point in the Jiangbei Dachang area, and from the Dragon King Pavilion, one can overlook the surrounding scenery. The park is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
