Lu Su was an important minister and general of the Wu Kingdom following Zhou Yu, who passed away at the age of 46 during the year of Jian’an 22.
Lu Su’s Tomb is located on Beigushan, adjacent to the tomb of Dong Wu’s fierce general Tai Shi Ci. However, due to wars and conflicts, the original tomb site has been lost. The current Lu Su’s Tomb on Beigushan is a modern establishment, which has been renovated in recent years. Two stone horses stand on either side of the tomb, and a stele has been erected with a statue of Lu Su in front and a brief introduction of his life behind. The tomb is open to visitors from January 1st to December 31st, from 07:30 to 17:30.Must Read
