Luding Mountain, situated to the east of Chong Mountain in Turtle Head Isle, stands at an elevation of 96 meters and is the highest point in the Turtle Head Isle scenic area. The Shutian Pavilion, located atop this scenic spot, is the peak of Luding Mountain. From here, one can gaze north to see the shimmering waters of the Wuli Lake and south to take in the entire Turtle Head Isle in a panoramic view. The scenic area is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day, with specific business hours subject to the day’s opening status.
