Covering an area of 100,000 square meters, the green space is located at the Yan’an East Road exit, in the heart of Lujiazui, and is one of the largest lawn areas in Shanghai, known as the ‘Urban Green Lung’. The turf area of Lujiazui Green Space spans 65,000 square meters, featuring cold-season grass imported from Europe that remains evergreen throughout the seasons.
Interspersed throughout the central and northern parts of the green space are weeping willows, magnolia, ginkgo, cedar, and other flowering plants, shrubs, and trees, which are full of vitality.

The entrance to the green space features a ‘Spring’ themed sculpture, composed of eight blooming steel ‘flowers’. The meandering paths within the green space outline the pattern of Shanghai’s city flower, the magnolia, resembling the city’s emblem. In the middle of the magnolia is an 8,600 square meter lake, designed in the shape of the Pudong map.

Beside the lake, the mainmast of the landscape pavilion stands 28 meters high, with a pavilion shape resembling a white conch or a sail, inviting endless daydreams. The green space is open all year round from 05:00 to 22:00.
