The 100,000 square meter green space is located at the Yan’an East Road exit, at the heart of Lujiazui, and is one of the largest lawn areas in Shanghai. It is known as the ‘Urban Green Lung’.
The turf area of Lujiazui Green Space covers 65,000 square meters, with some of the cold-season grass imported from Europe, ensuring it remains evergreen throughout the four seasons.

In the middle and northern parts of the green space, weeping willows, magnolias, ginkgo, cedars, and other flowering plants, shrubs, and trees are interspersed, brimming with vitality.

The entrance to the green space features a statue themed around ‘Spring’, composed of eight blooming steel ‘flowers’.

The winding paths within the green space outline the pattern of Shanghai’s city flower, the magnolia, resembling the city’s emblem. In the center of the magnolia is an 8,600 square meter lake, designed in the shape of the Pudong map.

Beside the lake, the mainmast of the landscape pavilion stands 28 meters high, with a white conch-like or sail-shaped canopy, offering boundless reverie.

It is open all year round from 05:00 to 22:00.
