The Pudong New Area Lujiazui Library is located in the central area of the Pudong Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, with a total construction area of approximately 3577 square meters. It is a public district-level library operated for the public welfare. The library employs an advanced RFID automated management system, featuring a combined library and reading area layout, and offers an integrated open-shelf service for collection, search, borrowing, and reading.
The library currently has 9 service windows open to the public: Adult Lending Room, Adult Reading Room, Electronic Reading Room, Children’s Room, Financial Library, Comprehensive Activity Room, Shared Engineering Video Hall, Lujiazui Talent Golden Port Branch, and 24-hour self-service library outside the library.
Opening hours are as follows: Monday 13:00-20:00; Tuesday to Sunday 09:00-20:00. The Comprehensive Lending Room and Financial Library are open Monday 13:00-20:00, and Tuesday to Sunday 09:00-20:00. The Children’s Room is open Monday to Friday 13:30-17:30, and Saturday to Sunday 09:00-17:00. The self-service reading room is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
