Luo Xingzhou is a lake island that embodies the cultures of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. Accessible by boat, visitors can enjoy the vast expanse of Tongli Lake and the picturesque scenery of fishing boats along the way.
Originally constructed during the Yuan Dynasty, Luo Xingzhou underwent several damages and was reconstructed in 1996, restoring the temples and pavilions of that era. Today, Luo Xingzhou features the City God Temple, Wenchang Pavilion, Doumu Pavilion, Dry Boat, Zigzag Bridge, Temple Garden, Lotus Pond, and Fish Pond, with a compact layout that combines temples and gardens. Climbing the pavilion offers a panoramic view of the lake, capturing the essence of its myriad charms.

Luo Xingzhou is particularly beautiful during the summer and autumn seasons when lotus flowers bloom, filling the air with fragrance that spreads for miles. Additionally, the annual Luo Tian Da Jiao, held from the first to the tenth day of the lunar month, attracts many devout followers who come to pray and worship, recreating the grandeur of ancient times. The island is open all year round from 08:00 to 17:15, with specific business hours subject to the day’s opening status.
