Luyang Lake Wetland Park

Luyang Lake Wetland Park features flat terrain, lush vegetation, fresh air, and a rich water town atmosphere, especially with its distinctive forest landscape resources dominated by water-resistant species such as Metasequoia, bald cypress, and water lilies. As a typical tidal flat wetland, Luyang Lake Wetland covers an area of about 3200 acres in its core zone, which includes rich natural resources and wetland cultural resources such as farmland, forest land, and fish ponds. The area is abundant in agricultural production resources and water resources. By transforming some fish ponds, dredging water systems, and regulating river channels, a reasonable project layout is achieved, forming a combined water and land tour route. Upon entering through the main gate, one is greeted by the neatly arranged Metasequoia trees, standing tall and straight. In spring, fish farmers release water into the ponds to raise fish, and visitors can enjoy the wetland’s Metasequoia forest while rowing a boat. The entire park is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day, with specific business hours subject to the daily opening status.
