Maoshan Tea Sea is for only a cup of good tea! The scenic area is located at the foot of Maoshan, a famous Taoist mountain. It covers an area of 1100 mu and presents a colorful sea of tea. There are ‘seven platforms and eighteen sceneries’ in the park, making you not want to see the sea after returning from the tea sea. Seven platforms: Tea viewing platform, Enlightenment platform, Selfless platform, Forgetting platform, etc.
Eighteen sceneries: Tea culture square, Rose garden, Green Cloud Rest Area, 33 pine trees, Tea Affinity Square, Colorful tea garden, Chinese Matcha Tea House, Jintan Que She Tea House, Tea Life Science and Technology Museum, Mirror of the Sky, etc. Especially the Mirror of the Sky is known as ‘the first mirror of Maoshan’. Opening hours: Open from May 1st to October 7th, 09:00 – 17:00; Open from October 8th to April 30th, 09:00 – 16:30.
