Minhang Sports Park is located on the green belt of the outer ring road in Shanghai and is a sports-themed park. The park integrates sports and leisure into a unique environmental landscape, with natural landscapes as the main feature, surrounded by dense forests, and featuring vast lawns and extensive lakes.
The park consists of 10 areas including a sports venue area, a tropical storm water park, a youth activity center, a wetland ecological park, a pebble stream area, and an emerald forest area. It also features sports facilities such as a hill long slide, a mini golf course, children’s bicycles, yachts, and fishing. It serves as a comprehensive venue for citizens’ natural leisure, sports activities, and ecological fitness. In addition, the park has constructed a Forest Rainbow Slide, composed of more than 1900 colored pillars, approximately 98 meters long, stretching from the top of the hill to the base. The slide is suspended with trees on both sides, and the speed of sliding can be controlled, allowing both adults and children to experience it. Opening hours are from 05:00 to 21:00 all year round, with specific business status subject to the day’s opening conditions. Service facilities include luggage storage, park transportation, stroller rental, wheelchair rental, restrooms, children’s playgrounds, and nursing rooms at each entrance: visitor center and park management office at Gate 2.Related posts:
