The Mogan Mountain Republic of China Library was originally the Mogan Primary School founded by Huang Fu. The main building was constructed in 1932 and currently houses 10,000 volumes of books related to the politics, economy, history, and culture of the Republic of China period, as well as a vast database of journals from that era.
Opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 16:30 all year round; the library is closed all day on Mondays; on New Year’s Eve, it is open from 09:00 to 15:00; and during the Spring Festival, it is open from 10:00 to 15:00.
