Muxin’s former residence is located in Dongzha, Wuzhen, Zhejiang. Originally Muxin’s old home, it was transformed into ‘Late Sunny Cottage’ in the late 1990s. In 2006, Muxin returned to his hometown and lived here permanently. In May 2014, the Muxin Memorial Hall was opened, facing south with three sections, which are respectively designated as the Life Exhibition Hall, Painting Hall, and Literature Hall, showcasing some of Muxin’s artistic works and relics. The opening times are from 09:00 to 17:00 all year round; from 09:00 to 17:30 all year round; and not open all day every day.
