After a five-year hiatus, musician Huang Yu Li embarks on a tour once again. In the years that have passed, through rediscovering himself and personal growth, Yu Li has evolved from a songwriter and composer to a more versatile music producer. This time, he presents his new album ‘YULI’, which he has composed, arranged, and mixed entirely on his own.
During his absence from the stage, he often found himself alone. The beautiful encounters of the past seemed like a distant memory, yet they always beckoned him like stars in the night, urging him to revisit old dreams. His strong belief in the power of music and life has supported him to continue expressing and creating music that remains true to himself, just as it was a decade ago. However, after many changes and trials, he has integrated new understandings and insights into his creations. The young man once received warm goodwill because of his music, and that goodwill strengthened his confidence in himself. In the lonely years that followed, it was the gratitude for that goodwill and the belief that his music could still provide value to distant strangers that kept him going. Now, on the verge of turning thirty, Yu Li sets off again to meet souls that may never have met but are connected by the power of music.
