The China Fingerprint Museum is the only professional fingerprint museum in the country, showcasing the mysteries of fingerprints, the history of fingerprint applications, and the development of modern fingerprint technology.
The museum houses over 1500 physical objects and more than 1000 images, all of which have been collected from across the nation. Several ancient pottery pieces on display in the museum attract attention, where clear fingerprint marks can be seen on items such as small tiles, oil lamps, and containers, left intentionally or unintentionally by the makers. Some craftsmen have been inspired to create exquisite patterns on pottery using fingerprints. The opening hours and business status are subject to the day’s opening conditions.Must Read
