Nanjing Decades Historical and Cultural Park is located in the Zhongshan Scenic Area, at the site of the former Nanjing Zhongshan Watch Factory within the Xiamafang Ruins Park at No. 1 Sifang City. It covers an area of nearly 350 acres with a construction area of approximately 21,000 square meters (10 buildings). The park boasts a beautiful natural environment, distinctive architecture, and superior transportation conditions.
The park is composed of five areas: the exhibition area, cultural business area, outdoor landscape area, business R&D office area, and performance area. The exhibition area includes two thematic halls: Nanjing Decades Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall and Ming Xiaoling Museum; and five special halls: Jinling Buddha Capital Hall, Decades Treasures Hall, Jinwen Yunjin Art Hall, Guanpu Ming-style Furniture Art Hall, and Jinling Stone Path Hall, covering a total area of 9,200 square meters. The cultural business area is mainly distributed on the first floor of each building, with a total area of about 5,500 square meters. The main business projects include: cultural exchange centers, handicraft sales and auctions, photography art centers, intellectual property transaction services, design planning, book bars, and tea houses. The business office area has a total area of about 4,500 square meters, providing an excellent business office space for company headquarters and R&D institutions. The outdoor landscape area is distributed at the entrance of the theme park, central square, the edge of the large lawn, and around the Ming Xiaoling Sacred Way. It consists of five parts: Decades of Prosperity, Heavenly and Earthly Spirits, Buddha’s Light Tower Shadow, Idiom Corridor, and Literary Garden. The performance area has an indoor performance area located within the Decades Treasures Hall; the outdoor performance area is located in the southern part of the green square on the west side of the park.
