The exhibition, themed around ‘The Inheritance and Development of Chinese Civilization’, is divided into three sections: ‘Confrontation and Unity between the North and South’, ‘Integration of Hu and Han Cultures’, and ‘Exchanges with Foreign Cultures’. It showcases the historical and cultural aspects of the Northern and Southern Dynasties period, including the confrontation and unification of the North and South, the differences and integration of ethnic cultures, and the Sinicization of foreign cultures.
