Nanxiang Old Street (namely the historical and cultural landscape protection area of twin towers announced by the municipal government) is located in the central area of Nanxiang Ancient Town, with a planned area of 143,400 square meters. There are four streets: Renmin Street, Gonghe Street, Jiefang Street and Shengli Street. It is a traditional commercial area and residential area. After renovation, it has now restored the historical style of ‘Silver Nanxiang’ in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. The white walls and black tiles, the houses are scattered and lined up unevenly. The large and small shops are lined up in close succession. The small bridges, flowing water, corridors and painting shops each have their own charm.
