The Shajia Bing National Defense Education Park is located on the north side of the scenic area. It is an activity spot constructed by the Shajia Bing Tourism Resort to strengthen national defense education, enhance the national defense concept of citizens, popularize national defense knowledge, and increase the participation of visitors.
The National Defense Education Park covers an area of 130 acres and consists of five parts. The first is the weapons display area, which includes three aircraft: J-5, J-6 fighter jets, and J-6 trainer aircraft; two 105mm howitzers, and four 37mm single-barrel anti-aircraft guns. The second is the water warship amusement park, which has a total of 20 water warships. The third is the Shajia Bing Shooting Sports Center, which is composed of a shooting hall, a paintball shooting sports field, and an open-air shooting range. The fourth is the children’s entertainment and adult expansion training area, where the adult expansion training includes six interesting bridges: trapeze bridge, sea river bridge, hurdle bridge, swing bridge, cable bridge, and suspension bridge, as well as projects such as climbing Mount Everest, three sets of mountain climbing and wading, working together, pulling together, tire swing bridge, unarmed rescue, courtesy passage, keeping pace, and drilling through a grid. The fifth is the outdoor camping tent area, which is an outdoor camp specifically provided for campers. It is open all year round from 08:30 to 16:00.
